Waxed Pine Slim Jim Bookcase . A tall slim bookcase with three shelves and a drawer in the base . Made from new and reclimed Pine and traditionally hand waxed. The Range is made from a mixture of new and reclaimed timber. The reclaimed timbers used are generally 80- 150 years old and are reclaimed from demolition of old houses and dwellings. The wood is selected for its wonderful colour and grain, giving each pieces a genuine antique look that is not possible to obtain using new timber. The construction of this collection, in our opinion, exceeds the standards of most ranges of reclaimed furniture found in the UK marketplace today. All drawers are dovetailed and mortice and tenon joints are used on all doors.
