How do I order furniture from you?
At the moment we only accept orders thru our website. You can order online by clicking the “ADD to CART” button next to the item you wish to purchase. You have the choice of adding and removing items at anytime.
What happens next?
Once we receive your order we will check if those items are in stock and then will contact you via email or telephone to let you know.
What payment options do you have?
We accept all major credit cards and debit card; Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Solo, Visa Electron, Switch / Maestro. We use a service provided by “Streamline part of Royal Bank of Scotland” in partnership with one of the largest independent Payment Service Providers in the UK called Protx part of the Sage Group ;needless to say that both of these companies use the most secure and up to date security systems to protect the consumer.

We also accept payment by cheque or bank transfer and via Pay Pal. For details on how to use these payment options please email us.
Are all your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT at 15%.
How and when my furniture is being delivered?
Mercuro Furniture has a Two Man Delivery Service for large items where orders can be delivered within 4 to 14 working days ;for areas outside England & Wales some few extra days are need it depending on where you are. Please email us for more info. Our Delivery people will call you days in advance to arrange suitable delivery date and 1-2 hours on the day prior to delivery. They will take the furniture into your room/s of choice.
Delivery prices: £33 for Two Man Delivery Services, however, it can be less or free depending on how many items you order. Some postcodes will incur a surcharge. Please contact us for more information.
For small items we have a Parcel Courier Service; orders that qualify for this service can be delivered from 3 to 5 working days.
Parcel Courier Service prices start at £10 up to £33 depending on size of order. Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you need further assistance.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time within 7 days of placement without charge, provided the goods have not already been despatched. Any orders cancelled after this time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Are all items on your website in stock?
No. Please email us with the “item code” and we will let you know. If you have placed an order and the item is not in stock and your not willing to wait while we source this for you , please let us know and we will refund you money same day, where possible.
Do you have catalogues?
In an effort to keep our costs (and therefore our prices) as low as possible, we don't print paper catalogues. Instead, we have an extensive selection of furniture on display here on our website. Can you send me a manufacturer's brochure?
Due to frequent changes in styles, fabrics and finishes, most manufacturers don't offer comprehensive brochures of their ranges. However, if there is an item you are interested in that is not shown on our site, we may be able to e-mail a photo for you to look at. E-mail us for more information.
Do you have any showrooms?
No, our website is our only showroom. By shopping online with us you will avoid hours of driving around from one showroom to another. Mercuro Furniture is planning to open a retail outlet in future but we have no date as yet.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "view cart" in the top right hand corner of the page; at this stage you will have the option to carry on shopping, remove items from your cart and checkout. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order including your credit card details. If paying by card you card will be debited immediately.
Delivery Information
We provide a 2 Man Delivery Service within UK Mainland at a cost of £33. This service includes taking the items into the room of choice, providing there is reasonable access for this to take place. Our couriers will contact you few days and advance in order to establish a suitable delivery date and 30-60 min on the day prior to delivery. Provided items are in stock we can deliver items up to 14 working days; slightly longer for some areas. Please see map.
Courier Delivery Service
Forsmaller items we will use a Courier Service with prices starting at £10 but not exceeding £33.
Our Guarantee
Most products are handmade; and we ask you take this into account if you find an imperfection in one of them. All goods carry a One Year Manufacturers Guarantee against materials and workmanship. For more information, please see our full Terms & Conditions.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase from Mercuro Furniture, but in the unlikely event that this is not the case, we can offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee, whatever the reason. Any goods returned within 7 days of receipt will attract a full refund, with the only liability on the customer bering the costs of delivery and collection. Should you want us to arrange a collection than we are happy to do so; the collection price is £40.The goods must be in their original packaging and be in perfect condition. A refund will only be given when the returned goods have been received and inspected by us/the manufacturers.
